Throughout Blair House, the mood is gracious and serene, the atmosphere light and airy. Each room in the inn is individually decorated to create an ambiance of

Guest rooms have private baths, luscious linens, lovely views, TV/VCR, CD players, fresh flowers,
guest robes, and fine chocolates.

Rates for guest rooms are double occupancy and include delectable breakfast, evening dessert and wine, and use of all facilities.

Policies
  • $145.00-$225.00 per night, double occupancy, including evening dessert, delectable breakfast, and full use of Blair House facilities.
  • A minimum stay of two nights applies on weekends; three nights applies on holidays.
  • Fine dining on Saturday evening is $50.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
  • Blair House is a non-smoking property.
  • A deposit equal to one night's lodging is required.
  • A $50.00 fee is charged for all cancellations made 30 days prior to the date of the reservation and balance of deposit will be refunded by check or credit to your bank card account.
  • When there is a need to cancel within 30 days of the reservation date, we will be happy to issue a gift certificate for the amount of the reservation.
  • We accept checks, cash, Discover, Visa, American Express, and MasterCard.

The Blair House Cooking School
is a hands-on experience where learning
technique is paramount.

Our goal is to build your confidence in the kitchen by teaching you principles and techniques from how to purchase and store the freshest seasonal foods, to preparation and presentation. Once you understand the principles of the chemistry of what you are doing, you are ready to be creative in your own right. You'll go home with a manual filled with information on principles and techniques and many recipes and ideas to help stimulate your creativity in the kitchen. We have a lot of fun and tap into everyone's creative energy.

Retreats & Seminars

At Blair House we will help you customize your meetings, retreats, conferences and seminars to suit your needs. Whether you're interested in a creative and productive meeting or a quiet and interesting retreat, our facilities and grounds are relaxing and inviting.
Secluded on 23 acres of pristine Texas rolling hills, we are a great place to work as well as play!
