Relax into comfortable Southern
hospitality at Kentucky's First Farm Inn,
less than two miles off Cincinnati's beltline, 20 minutes from downtown.
Our elegantly updated 1870s farm house is set on 20 acres of Kentucky's rolling hills above the Ohio River where Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio join.

Watch the horses play or take some time to get acquainted with our assortment of equine personalities and learn about their previous lives on the racetrack or in the show arena. Whether you're a beginner or an expert, you'll enjoy riding with Jen. If you have basic balance, posture, common sense and willingness to learn about horses and their habits, you can ride our horses under Jen's supervision for $45 per person. For non-First Farm guests, riding is $50 per person. |
In the privacy of your spacious room, stretch out and relax for a full body massage by licensed therapist Tracey Bradley. Wake to the smells of breakfast cooking and the sounds of the birds after a restful night on a comfortable queen-sized mattress set on a century-old antique oak bedframe.
Take some time to enjoy the country during your visit to First Farm Inn. |

Your spacious room with private bath includes a century-old oak bed with a new queen-sized mattress. Business travelers will appreciate our work space, dual phone lines, FAX receiving and Internet access.
First Farm Inn's
downstairs room has tall windows overlooking the neighbor's pasture, a matching antique
oak bedroom set that has been in Jen's family for four generations, and quilts made by our
great grandmothers.
Our upstairs room's impressive size comes from its original design to house three of the
Stevens brothers who each were responsible for a different species of animals: cattle,
sheep and hogs. The family emigrated here from Germany and built the
house in 1870.
