Casual elegance are the
watchwords here.
Meet a moose, then join us for a drink at the bar.
Spend the day playing, then curl up with a good book in front of one of
our many fireplaces or find one of our quiet nooks or crannies for a chat. Watch the
sunset glow from our dining rooms while you sip champagne and enjoy our chefs
classic cooking. Walk silently under the evening stars. Peep into the heavens
through one of our telescopes. Fall asleep watching the moon rise over the mountains.
Sleep in if you wish there is no traffic to wake you.
We offer 28 guest rooms and suites, full dining in both our formal dining rooms
and in our tavern, and extensive meeting facilities. Enjoy our library,
formal parlo and TV/game room (including videos) all with
fireplaces, of course! Help yourself to hot and cold drinks, or take one to go.
Of course, we put out fresh home-made cookies every afternoon.

When we first discovered the Sunset Hill House, one staff member summed up the atmosphere perfectly: We are small enough to know our guests, yet large enough not to be intrusive. We both look forward to welcoming you personally to Sunset Hill House.
