The Inn on Mill Creek is located two
miles within North Carolina's Pisgah National Forest, yet just
10 minutes from Black Mountain and 20 minutes from Asheville.
The Inn on Mill Creek offers the rare
balance of secluded privacy and close proximity to shopping, dining and
sightseeing in Black Mountain and Asheville.
Located on seven wooded acres inside the Pisgah National Forest,
the Inn on Mill Creek features:

Full breakfast is accented with fruit from our 170
orchard trees, baked goods and our daily "house blend"
of fresh squeezed juice. In warm weather months, breakfast is served in our sunny
solarium overlooking the rhododendron-covered forest and our mountain lake, which
is the water source for the Andrews Geyser in nearby Old Fort. The geyser was installed by
the railroad in the late 1800s as part of a resort hotel. The hotel no longer exists, but
the geyser remains strong to this day and we have the valve that turns it on and off,
creating a peaceful waterfall spilling over a dam on our property. In cool
weather, breakfast is served in the Main House dining room with a warm fire in the
soapstone fireplace.
Four spacious rooms are in the Main House. All
rooms have central A/C.
The North Terrace (pictured right) is the perfect destination
for a romantic getaway with amenities such as:

The Lake View is popular with couples. Amenities include:

The Creekside Hideaway is a great room for couples as well as
singles traveling together:

- Views of the National Forest

The cozy Orchard Room provides comfortable accommodations for
budget-minded guests:
- Queen bed
- Two reading chairs

| Three guestrooms are in our Lake House, with access to a shared
guest kitchen and doors leading onto a deck overlooking the lake. All rooms are
individually climate controlled. |
The Mountain Laurel and Maple Tree offer the following:

- Sleeping lofts with double beds
- Private baths with 2-person Jacuzzi tubs and separate showers

The Reflections Room is the center room of the Lake House. The
smallest room at the Inn, it makes up for its size with amenities such as:

- Large window over the sliding doors, allowing for a dramatic vertical view of the forest
