New Orleans becomes your neighborhood while staying at the Marigny Manor House, a historic New Orleans Bed and Breakfast Guest House.

Plan your visit to take advantage of the special events that make New Orleans such an exciting destination, including Jazz Fest, French Quarter Festival, Mardi Gras, Southern
Decadence, Halloween, and other holiday happenings.

All guests will have access to the beautiful living room and dining room in the main house. The spacious guestrooms each have a private entrance and bath and each are furnished with antiques and a queen-size bed.

A delicious complimentary breakfast with yogurt, pastries, cereal, fruit, juices, coffee and tea is served in the dining room every morning from 8:30 - 10AM.

After a busy day touring the French Quarter, relax on our front porch,
upstairs balcony or lush tropical courtyard.

In existence for over 150 years, this neighborhood has many fine examples of various types of architecture from the period, single/double shotgun houses, French, Creole cottages, Greek Revival, and Victorian. There has been a resurgence of renovation and restoration in the area. You will enjoy walking to the French Quarter and seeing how new paint has brought life to a very bohemian collection of houses, shops, restaurants and music clubs.

We're located in the Historic Faubourg Marigny area of old New Orleans and just 5 blocks from the French Quarter. Several great restaurants and bars are within walking distance of the house.

Rates and Policies

Rates range from $89 - $129 per night and are for single or double occupancy including expanded continental breakfast and all applicable taxes.
Special Events (Mardi Gras, Jazz Festival, Southern Decadence, French Quarter Festival, Halloween, New Years, bowl games, large conventions) will result in higher rates.
Rates may be lower during certain slow times.
A $25 per night charge will be included for a third guest in the room.
A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends.
Other minimum-stay requirements may apply for special events.
A reservations deposit equal to the greater of the first night's stay or 25% of
the total stay will be charged by credit card.
Deposit may be sent by mail, but reservation is not confirmed until deposit has been received.
The deposit is refundable, minus a $25 processing fee, if the reservation is cancelled up to two weeks before arrival date.
Some special events have higher deposit and longer cancellation requirements.
Check-in Time: 4 p.m.; Check-out Time: 11 a.m.
Accommodations are not suitable for children
Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only
No pets (NOTICE: Owner has 2 cats on the property)
