Rooms and Rates:

Each of Centennial House's eight guest rooms has a private luxurious bath - most with whirlpools, cable TV/VCR, phone, climate control, ceiling fan, sound insulation for privacy, hair dryer, Egyptian cotton towels, robes, down blanket, and down pillows. A complimentary video library and soft drinks are available 24 hours a day. Guests also have access to wireless Internet and a fax and copy machine. The old and new motif extends from these 21st century comforts to sitting areas sprinkled with antiques, 10 and 12 foot ceilings, an old transom that rests atop the Sun Room door, and molding themes that complement the home's antiquity throughout. Most of the inn's original windows have been preserved and provide lovely views of the courtyard garden, restored turn of the century homes, and the horse drawn carriages that pass in front of Centennial House.

The Carriage View Room

This room's restored windows perfectly frame the horse-drawn carriages passing down Cordova Street. The comfortable king size bed, charming furniture grouping and shower for two make this room one of our favorites.

The Palm Room

Situated beneath beautiful, lush palm trees, the Palm Room boasts the best view of the city from Centennial House. A queen-sized bed, a luxurious bath, and whirlpool combine old city charm with modern amenities.

The Safari Room

Warm earth tones, plush textures and exotic animal prints set the scene for an exciting adventure and a romantic escape. Featuring a California King-sized bed, a corner whirlpool and a gas fireplace, this room is one of our coziest and truly unique "dens".

The Gentleman's Quarters

The gas fireplace and California King-sized bed complement the stateliness of this debonair room. The whirlpool is highlighted beneath a window, and the separate large luxury bath completes its understated elegance.

The Victorian Room

The century-old Centennial House would not be complete without a room featuring a Turn-of- the-Century street view and period motif! A full luxury bath, whirlpool and queen-sized bed combine the comforts of the 20th century with the grace of the 19th century.

The Fleur de Lis Room

Our first floor room, located near the great room, is appointed with a queen size bed and 19th century reproduction furniture. The convenience of the main floor is combined with a barrier-free bath.

The Carriage House

Centennial House's most romantic and luxurious room is beautifully accented with vaulted cathedral ceilings featuring windowed dormers, a private balcony, gas fireplace and queen-sized bed. Its charming sitting area and luxury bath with whirlpool complete these finely appointed quarters. Enter the Carriage House from your own private outside entrance. Perfect for honeymooners, anniversary celebrations, and other special occasions.

The Oliveros Room

Bask in the yellow and blue hues in this secluded room on the first floor, furnished with a four poster king-sized bed and intimate loveseat. The full bath is complimented with a whirlpool.

(Room rates subject to two-day minimum weekend stay. No minimum requirements for weekday stays. Holiday minimum varies. Prices are based on double occupancy, do not include taxes and are subject to change without notice. Check out time 11:00 am. Check in time 3:00 pm. Children 16 and over welcome.)
