The Briar Rose Bed and Breakfast is located close to all of the wonderful activities Boulder, CO has to offer: antiques, art, music, big time college sports and live theater. Hiking and bike trails abound, and can be reached right out our front door. Many of Boulder's best restaurants are within walking distance, as are the quaint shops on the Pearl Street Mall. The University of Colorado is a ten minute walk. Complete Spa facilities are close by.

Each of our nine rooms has its own distinctive character, but all rooms have private baths, personal phones, fine
linens and "Fedderbet" comforters on queen size beds. Period antique furnishings, original art and fresh flowers
decorate the rooms, and of course good books and magazines abound. The Honeymoon and Anniversary Rooms have wood burning fireplaces, and are the ideal spot for a romantic getaway. Our extended-stay suite offers a full kitchen, queen bed and day bed, meeting/dining space, and cable TV with VCR.

Tea trays featuring both herbal and black teas, are served every afternoon and evening until 9PM. Coffee, ice tea
and lemonade are also available. Combined with our special Briar Rose Bed and Breakfast shortbread cookies, a tea tray is an irresistible experience.

Guests start the day with a complete breakfast including fresh fruit, home baked nut breads, muffins, croissants, yogurt with fruit, orange juice and granola.

Coffee and tea are freshly brewed for your enjoyment. Breakfast is served either in our dining room or on the cheery sun porch, weather permitting. Arrangements can be made for in-room service.

The carefully groomed gardens offer a private retreat for guests, an ideal setting for personal reflection, a quiet
conversation or simply enjoying the many different plants, flowers, trees and shrubs, as well as the site of many
small meetings and receptions.

Rates and Policies

Rates: $119 - $189
SMOKE FREE INN: The Briar Rose Bed and Breakfast permits smoking only in our outside garden areas,
never in guest or public rooms.
CANCELLATION POLICY: As a small inn, each visit is important to us, and reservations are advised. No charge will be made if reservations are cancelled at least 7 days prior to the reservation date or if the
space can be occupied by another party. Otherwise, a charge equal to one night's lodging, plus tax, will be
assessed. Reservations for three or more rooms require a cash or credit card deposit equal to one night's
lodging for each room.
CHECK-IN: 3:00 to 9:00 pm
CHECK-OUT: before 12:00 noon
$15 will be charged for each additional guest 6 years of age and older, staying in the same room.
A discount of 10% is offered for stays of five days or more.
Personal checks, Visa, Master Card are preferred, American Express and Diners Club are accepted.
Rates are subject to change and do not include tax.
Premium Rates may apply for special occasions.
Pets are not allowed.
We welcome well behaved, well supervised children traveling with their parents. No charge is made for
children five years of age or younger.
